Store Credit
If you have an issue with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receipt (as noted on your tracking info) by sending an email to Autumnlayneco@gmail.com. We do not offer returns, but will be happy to offer a store credit in exchange for the amount of your purchase, less shipping cost.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped back to us in the original packaging.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of your delivery, unfortunately we cannot authorize the exchange. Please note that we are a small business, and it's important that we follow these policies to run a smooth business for our customers.

Candy/Food items
Soaps/Lotion/Makeup/Tanning Products
Home Decor Items
Car Diffusers
Clearance Items
Gift Cards
In any of the following situations, your exchange may not be granted:
-Any item submitted for return authorization more than 7 days after delivery
-Any item not in its original condition (any signs of use)
-Package not returned in its original packaging
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your exchange will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.
