Return Policy


At Autumn Layne Co, we want you to LOVE your item(s). But, in the event that something doesn’t fit properly, we are happy to issue store credit. Read our store policies below:


Store Credit

All returns are issued store credit and must be within 3 days of delivery. In-store purchases must be returned within 7 days. If you have an issue with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days of receipt (as noted on your tracking info) by sending an email to We do not offer returns, but will be happy to offer a store credit in exchange for the amount of your purchase, less shipping cost.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped back to us in the original packaging.

If you do not contact us within 3 days of your delivery, unfortunately we cannot authorize the exchange. Please note that we are a small business, and it's important that we follow these policies to run a smooth business for our customers.


Non-returnable Items

We do not offer store credit on any of the following items

Home Decor, Candles, Wreaths

Seasonal Sale Items/Final Sale Items
Personalized items
Custom items 
Clearance Items
Food/Snack Items
Beauty Items-Tanning Lotions/Sprays, Whitening Kits, Etc.
Gift Cards

In any of the following situations, your exchange may not be granted:
-Any item submitted for return authorization more than 3 days after delivery
-Any item not in its original condition (any signs of use)
-Package not returned in its original packaging

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your exchange will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.

You will be responsible to pay the shipping costs for returning your item except in the case of a damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need us to send you a label, it is a flat rate of $6.95 and the item must be sent in the original packaging they were received in. 

Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your return due to error by the post office, UPS, FedEx, etc., we cannot refund your purchase.


Damaged Items:

In the case of a damaged item, we will either exchange the item for a new one or issue a store credit in that amount. Shipping is free to return the item in this case. Please contact us for any damaged items and we will send you the return instructions.
